The Trinity mission is the work. The speedrun is the operating standard. Every initiative, every hire, every dollar deployed is scored on five axes simultaneously — never traded off against each other. We optimise all five at once.

As such, we are only able to hire candidates with at least one or a few outlier extreme traits. We don't hire average. We hire people whose minds — if unchaperoned and unevolved — would be the problem, but who when properly directed become the highest-performing operators in any field they touch.

As soon as you arrive here, you will be put in bootcamp to brainwash as much of your weaknesses and unevolved negative traits — if any — away. The bootcamp is one calendar month. It is supervised by HyperFocus clinical staff. It is designed by the Black Sheep Divergents research arm.
If you can learn quickly enough to shed your negative traits, and learn quickly enough how to utilize your positive qualities to generate a net benefit to the enterprise and to the world, you will be paid a salary that is much better than average as well.
If you choose to retain any negative qualities after one month of bootcamp, and are deemed to be a net negative instead, you will be asked to try again the next intake instead. We do not terminate. We requeue.
— Bootcamp is not a punishment. Bootcamp is a refinement. The operator you arrive as is not the operator you leave as. The aim is to keep the strengths, lose the cost. We do the work in public and we hold each other to it.
